WTBA Girls Night Out: Creative Writing Event

HelloLadies,
Ournext Girls Night Out is something new and creative. Sharon Alva is goingto lead us in a creative writing exercise with prompted writing ideas. Here is her description. Come out and join us on Thursday January 8th at7 PM in the Baum center. We will also have some dessert to fuel yourwriting.
If there are a people on this planet that are storytellers, itis us Jews. We all have stories lived, told, hidden, and shared. We are thepeople of the book and natural born storytellers. Let’s flex that muscle in acreative way, and in community.
Bring a notebook and pen, or laptop, and follow a fewwriting prompts to tell a story, and some can read and share what we wrote. Newwriters, published authors, and everyone in between is welcome. If you havenever done writing prompts you will be thrilled by what a prompt can unlockfrom your creative mind, lived experience, and the magic of community.
