A PLAY program for children ages 14-26 months from families of all religious and cultural backgrounds. If you have a beginning walker or a runner who is jumping off everything, our Kindergym is for you!
Climbers, slides, rocking horses, cozy coupe cars, see-saw, fire trucks, and push cars for beginning walkers, small trampoline, puzzles, painting easels, music, parachute play, singing, stories, and so much more! Come join us in our very large, activity-filled room to play together and make new friends.
We practice respectful caregiving so that each child is welcome to express their feelings while we create a safe, supportive environment. Attendees do not have to be TBA members or Jewish.

One parent/caregiver per each child. No additional adults nor infants, nor older siblings may attend.
Please avoid cellphone use entirely–no texting, calls, photos or ringers ringing –in the Kindergym room. You may take a photo after class has ended. If you need to make or answer an important call, please take your child to the lobby with you; this ensures a focused and loving presence for our little ones.
We are a caring community and concerned for everyone’s safety. Please avoid eating in the Kindergym room or lobby, to ensure we care for those with allergies or kosher diets.
NO SHOES! Please come prepared to take off your child’s shoes and socks – and your shoes too. This means safer play and better balance!
Since this is a process that evolves over time, children are encouraged to listen to their own rhythms. However, for safety and cleanliness, your ones and twos in underwear should be brought to the bathroom to “try” when they arrive, and be monitored by their parents/caregivers for signs of need to revisit the toilet during class.
PLEASE alert me as you come into the Kindergym room if your child is potty learning and in underwear.
We offer two makeups per session. If you are in more than one session, you can have two makeups for each.
We have a wonderful, very large and well-ventilated room. Our many open, big glass doors give us a lot of cool, fresh air; these are separated by gating from the Kindergym play equipment. We will have the heaters on when desired.
Our classes are only as wonderful as they are safe, in both the physical and emotional sense. I ask that every adult parent or caregiver bringing their Kindergym toddler to class to be actively observing them as they climb, learn to share toys, and is appropriate to their age.
